Chris Sadler serves as the Director of Human Resources for the Sun Prairie Area School District in Wisconsin, where he is responsible for leading key human resources functions that support district employees and organizational operations. Before joining the district's Human Resources leadership team, he served as Principal of C.H. Bird Elementary School in Sun Prairie and previously held principal positions within Wisconsin school districts.
